It will grow any green salad, niçoise salad, tomato salad, pasta salad or potato salad.
Ingredients
1/4 cup (60ml) of organic extra virgin olive oil Herdade do Esporao
4 c. (20ml) red wine vinegar Herdade do Esporao
2 tbsp. (10ml) Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove or small French shallot, minced
Salt and pepper
